About Our President

Dale C. Anderson, a graduate of Polytechnic State University (formerly a division of the Georgia Institute of Technology) holds an Associates in Electronics and Bachelor of Science in Architecture, with a heavy emphasis on structural engineering. He founded Beach Builders, Inc. in 1988, and incorporated in 1993. Mr. Anderson's background includes 29 years of experience from  working as a residential carpenter, union commercial carpenter, foreman, Warranty Control Expert and Superintendent for Rutenberg Homes (a Fortune 500 company known throughout the southeast as a top quality builder). He also served as Project Manager for Beers Construction Inc. (a Fortune 100 company) where he was in charge of such projects as the completion of the 46-storey Southern Bell Telephone's Headquarters building in Atlanta, the Emory University Eye Centre and Clinical Hospital as well as the Carter Presidential Library.

The past fourteen years of building on the Forgotten Coast, has allowed him to excel at "beach house" construction. His expertise on pilings, weather-resistant paint and materials (from concrete to standing seam metal roofs) insures you of a fine quality home for decades to come. Many of his clients are repeat customers, finding the Forgotten Coast of Florida to be an excellent investment area. They have bought homes in Tiers 1-4, and later upgraded lots and houses, as the value of their homes and properties has increased at such a high consistent rate, making "moving up" affordable. As the Forgotten Coast is becoming more known, these homes in recent times have outdistanced the stock market, and are a heck of a lot safer investment!

His outstanding reputation with the local lending establishments insures potential out-of-area buyers, priority consideration in obtaining a loan to build and a mortgage to satisfy. They will work with buyers to meet their individual financial needs. These may be small town banks, but they have friendly one-on-one service and rates that are competitive with the conglomerates.
