Our CPP
allows the buyer to realize a discount when they buy one of our sites
and have Beach Builders, Inc. construct their dream home or
investment house on it. Besides the discount, there is the additional
savings when the buyer has only one closing. They would borrow the money
needed to build the house at the same time they bought the lot saving an
additional "origination or other fees". At one (1) percent or
more, this could
add up to thousands in savings to the purchaser. Additionally,
if you choose one of our plans, or have us design your dream second ,
vacation, or retirement home along the Forgotten Coast, there would be
several thousand dollars saved in architectural fees required for
coastal homes.
