Our unique piling home plans allow for the construction of a home  designed to be built up off the ground, on concrete or wood pilings. The plans work well, not only for beach homes, but for homes built in seismic areas, and mountain sites. Also, they would work well in other countries like; Costa Rica, Mexico, Morocco, anywhere there is a beach locale and wood is the main choice of building materials. Our Combination Purchase Program (CPP) will allow you to buy a lot and have a home or investment building constructed upon it. Want an existing home?  We have those too.
