plans can be customized to suit your personal needs.
Plans
are priced according to square footage. A complete set of 1/8"
scale architectural drawings are $.15 a square foot, with a set of engineering
drawings are $.40 a square foot. 1/4" scale drawings are available for
$.10 a square foot (you can save yourself a few dollars by having your
local blue print shop enlarge your 1/8" scale drawings to 1/4").
Additional 1/8" scale drawings are available for $15.00 per set, 1/4" -
$30.00 per set. All plans come with telephone support to you or your
local
contractor at $50.00 a hour rate, first hour is free (seldom needed).
Customizing
of plans will be billed at $50.00 an hour. Most changes are accomplished
in a hour, any additional time charges will be addressed with the
purchaser prior to work being done.

Plans
will be shipped UPS or First Class mail in protective mailer. Add $15.00
S & H to the price of plans. Allow 2- 4 weeks for delivery after receipt of

NOTE:
Plans do not include site plans or any engineering certifications that
may be needed at the building site, most coastal areas require an
engineer's seal. These plans should only require a minimal amount of
review and or work by your engineer.
